Why should I consider a Kohab Subscription?
If you find that you’re really enjoying kohabiting with birds around you, then a subscription ensures that you’re always well-stocked with Kohab Food. Plus, it will save you money and time.
A Kohab Subscription is easy; every month more supplies are automatically sent to you so you never run out. You won’t have large bulk packs to store and your product will always be at optimum freshness.
What products can I get on a subscription?
You can get Kohab Wild Bird Seed and Kohab Bird Nectar on a subscription
How long are subscriptions?
Six months. Every month, for six months, you’ll receive a Kohab top-up. After 6 months you will be emailed a notification of fauto renewal for another 6 months and can opt out at this time.
Can I change my subscription in the middle of the term?
No, you can’t change a subscription once it’s set up. But you can cancel your subscription at any time and simply buy another subscription to suit your needs.
How much do I save by buying a Kohab subscription?
Kohab Subscriptions offer a 10% discount each month.
Can I skip a delivery?
If you want to skip a delivery please get in touch. We can cancel the pending order. We can also delay the next subscription renewal to push all the to push all scheduled renewals to a later date.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes if you want to pause your subscription you can, simply get in touch and let us know when you want your subscription to start again and we will set that up.
Will I be notified before my subscription renews?
Yes, you will receive an email 15 days before your 6-month subscription renews.
Can I buy someone else a Kohab subscription as a gift?
Yes, of course. Kohab Subscriptions are a great gift for bird lovers, or for that person with everything. Here’s what to do….at the check out you will be asked for two addresses - a delivery address and a payment address (which is used for card processing). Share your friend or family member’s name and address as the delivery address, and then use your own as the payment address. We’ll dispatch the gift to the delivery address. If you’d like a special note put in with the gift, please get in touch as soon as you’ve made the order, and include the order number in your email.
Can I choose the date of the first package arrival (for a gift)?
Yes, we can aim to accommodate this. Please send us an email as soon as you complete the order (see the gift FAQs above) so we can make this happen for you. As always, we rely on our courier partners to deliver packages in a timely manner, so we cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival. We send packages on overnight services, but sometimes our courier partner does not meet this deadline. We will do our best! If you are buying for a gift, we’d suggest ordering at least five days before the birth date to ensure we’ve been able to confirm your desired date before we dispatch the package.
What happens if I move house?
Simply get in touch and we can update your subscription details. Please do this at least a week before your next package is due.
